Thinking Outside The Crayon Box

Our annual exhibition, Thinking Outside the Crayon Box, opened on Monday. I love this time of year. I enjoy watching the students share their work with their parents. This year we have a few extra tricks up our sleeve. We have QR codes that link to videos we have made throughout the year as well as links to student blog posts about their work. We have also experimented with a very cool app called Aurasma. Some students have recorded videos about their work. Parents can use the app to scan the artwork and have the video pop up.  We have a few kinks to work out, but overall it seems to be working well. Thank you to all of the parents who have attended or who are planning attend the art show.
